3. The room we stayed in had a kitchen, so we saved some money and bought some simple things at the local Trader Joes (which was welcome after spending all day on our feet at the zoo).

4. Ed spoke of how much they have put into the place, money spent etc. Well, if you don't buy a place that is 'pristine' you will have to spend money fixing it up.
