1. I think your big expense was furnishings and that is a given in your bizz as well as construction cost for adding walls to create more rooms.

4. We liked being in the burbs and only a short walk to the zoo (a must), public transport and University Avenue for restaurants and groceries (go to Ralph`s for good grocery prices and selection and make sure you join the Ralph`s club which doesn`t cost anything but saves you heaps!).
