1. Our first impression in the lobby was that is was friendly and comfortable, but a bit on the over-decorated and tacky side (at least for semi-snobs like us who prefer simplistic modern Scandinavian and Asian decor ;)) The staff was wonderful and unobtrusive - the only times we saw employees was when the sweet housekeeping/service ladies brought us breakfast, and when we checked in.
