7. The front desk staff are always available for me and have sometimes let me check in early if my room is ready, I just call ahead to check.

9. We arrived back from our cruise and were able to leave our luggage at the Balboa Park Inn as it was still morning and we were told that as soon as the present occupants checked out they would clean the room, move our luggage in and then we could check in.
