3. The room was okay, the bathroom was clean and the bed comfortable, but there were little oddities, like the phone not being on the bedside table but on the desk which meant you had to leap out of bed in the morning if you got a call.

4. engineer came in 5-10 minutes and found a plug disconnected --TV was an early 1990s model-- bathroom was clean but has seen better days-tub/shower was very small.

7. My daughter and I had been upgraded to a Royal Parlor Suite which was very comfortable, large 2 room suite, large adequate bathroom with wonderful toiletries, with 2 TV`s, sitting area, colonial table and 4 chairs and bar area with coffeemaker and refrigerator.
