Even though it was a weekend, we didn't hear any

As we were on the 7th floor, we didn't hear it; but my two sisters in separate rooms on the 5th floor were kept up because of all the
noise
from the Voodoo crowd.

Only complaint was the
noise
- I am not sure what it was exactly (possible a nightclub), but we were on the 7th floor (of 8) and heard a loud bass thumping for hours at night.

noise
started at 5:30am).

The only advantage is that the small window faced a heating/air duct and we didn't hear a peep from outside/any bar
noise
as others have complained about.
