6. I always feel like Embassy Suites is trying to rip me off - you pay extra for internet (for the prices that Embassy Suites charges, it ought to be free!), and the front desk staff at this particular hotel (and most Embassy Suites that I have stayed at, for that matter) seem to feel that they are statues in uniform without any power to make things right for customers.
"customer service leaves much to be desired " Read full review on TripAdvisor   10/3/2011 Vote
