They also provide a business center with 3 computers/printers free of
charge
, which we used to print out our airline boarding passes and check our email.

When our NYE plans changed and we arrived home early, I found it was impossible to get into the bar to get a beer for the room unless I paid a $25 cover
charge
for the room or paid $10+ to order one for room service.

The lobby (at street level) is gorgeous (and has free WiFi, unlike the rooms where a $9.95
charge
per day per device applies).

Definitely not great: Frustratingly slow wireless connection (not worth the daily
charge
unless you're getting reimbursed anyway).

The business center near the 'motor entrance' has two computers and a printer available 24 hours and some office supplies (stapler, clips, paper, etc.) WITH NO CHARGE for internet access or printing.

They were unapologetic about giving our room away (despite the fact that the email clearly states that they would
charge
us a fee if we failed to show); and said that it was "industry policy".
