1. There was also cabled internet available in the room, but this was at an additional charge - so we just used the free Wi-Fi that had a good signal.

2. Cisco is the world's leading provider of switches and routers, so if anyone can solve internet problem, it's Cisco.

3. This is particularly ironic because two Cisco advertisements appear on the hotel web page that is used to connect to the internet leading one to believe that Cisco equipment is used on the premises.

4. One note: the wifi internet was slow and unreliable do it's best to utilize a cell phone personal wifi hotspot if you need the internet for more than a few Minutes.

5. internet is not free, but I was able to pick up the public internet on the 6th floor for free.

6. In thinking about this problem, I'm guessing that when I was required to check out and check back in on Sat morning, that the checkout process had automatically terminated my unused time on the internet.

7. We had used the free Wi-Fi in our rooom Thurs and most of Friday, but by 8 or 9 PM Friday evening, I needed a secure connection because passwords were involved, so I paid for 24 hours of internet service using the wired connection which is totally separate from the wi-fi.

9. We needed a hotel for a couple of nights prior to going to the keys we booked it in England on the internet,The hotel was clean, fairly basic but we did not pay a great dealDid what it said on the tin.
