1. The man on the customer service desk was very helpful and pointed us in the right direction, we just paid our money and turned up on the morning for the trip.

2. The hotel's services themselves were good - two decent sized pools etc but the shop's products were overpriced and we found a need for an adults only area with a pool as even though we visited out of school holidays, the pool area was very busy with a lot of noisy children.

3. free bus service to universal was on time and drivers friendly although you will get a lecture about not loosing your ticket and being on time for bus back lol.

4. There was also a service providing shuttles (basically a taxi)to the airport and Disney parks at a reasonable charge,this service was very efficient .
