3. We lucked out and got an upgraded King bed room and it was relatively clean, although the maid could have spent more time cleaning the tub and toilet and such, we found some 'hairs' and stuff, but nothing major.

10. My one issue was with room housekeeping - there were hair in the bath-tub when we checked in, the bath mat was dirty and our room was not vacuumed/swept or beds made in the three days we were there.
