1. All the staff were great, and I would like to thank the front desk Manager, i am so sorry that i do not remember the ladies name, but she was so helpful to myself being pregnant and not feeling very well, it was the 22nd June we checked out, so hopefully you will know who was working that day, but my Husband and i want to say thank you very much.

5. We made reservations two months ahead and were promised two connecting rooms by the manager Richard, but no connecting rooms were available upon arrival.
