1. There are two pools, not that we had the time to try either one, and adequate laundry facilities.

2. Every member of staff was really friendly , laundry facilities were great , housekeeping was excellent with coffee replenished daily and clean towels , hotel transport to universal was ok , if a little crowded , we used it to get to the parks but got a taxi for our return ($8 plus tip ) .

4. There were laundry facilities on site which were fantastic and we were able to do all our washing which was a blessing when we got home.

5. I also used the laundry in the higher buildings, there are more machines there, no bench :-( didn't find the dryers there as good.

6. Speaking about laundry, there were 2 that we found, one in the 2 storeys, which was busy all the time, I found 1am was a good time lol 25 mins for a wash and 45mins for the dryer, they really came in handy, there is a bench there too, which really helps.
