1. The bathroom is very small with an over-tub shower but is kept clean with daily housekeeping.

4. Every member of staff was really friendly , laundry facilities were great , housekeeping was excellent with coffee replenished daily and clean towels , hotel transport to universal was ok , if a little crowded , we used it to get to the parks but got a taxi for our return ($8 plus tip ) .

7. The hotel has recently been refurbished and offer good quality facilities, rooms are large (can accomodate 4 adults) and are very clean, all have a fridge, microwave oven and flat screen tv, daily housekeeping was good.
