1. The whole site has a lot going for it, the 2 Br, 2 Ba accommodation we used was more than adequate, fully equiped kitchen, dining room table, livingroom etc. You dont need to visit reception until you check out, all fittings are still in fairly decent working order, very civil (vast majority of staff are friendly) maintenance guy was out in 30 minutes following our phone call about dish-washer not working, cleaners were pretty good (towel change mid-week, and full clean on Saturday), nice view over pool, and sun on balcony every evening.

2. I will admit that when housekeeping does service the room, the service is great, and they ensure you have amenities like dish soap, disposable hand towels and clothes detergent.

4. The room was clean and we had fresh towels everyday, the only problem we had was NO kitchen towels, I guess you was NOT suppose to cook.

6. Good: Pete @ check-in desk fast & easy check-in, Our 2 bedroom unit was in block 11 close to the lobby & restaurant, Room & Gardens were clean, Quite pool was nice no kids toys & splashing, I put the do not disturb sign out & the maid left clean towels & paper products at the door.

The accommodations (full kitchen complete wth small appliances, washer and dryer, large living/dining area, balcony, master suite with its own bathroom, 2nd bedroom with 2 queen beds and bathroom accessible from that bedroom as well as main living area of the house, iron & ironing board, hair dryers, all linens and towels, kitchen supplies) were great.
