2. CHECK IN: Brittany was awesome she got us out of the mold smelling rooms in Building 9 that we were originally assigned, and then upgraded us to newer rooms (bldg 27) closer to the kids pool .

4. The check in was fast and very informative, the staff were always kind and had smiles on their faces being happy to help, they told us the nearest supermarkets and where we could get a late night snack.

5. The staff at check-in were very friendly and my only complaint is the incessant number of voicemails left for various things (welcome to the resort, come pick up your 'free' gift, free photo from the resort photographer).

6. Good: Pete @ check-in desk fast & easy check-in, Our 2 bedroom unit was in block 11 close to the lobby & restaurant, Room & Gardens were clean, Quite pool was nice no kids toys & splashing, I put the do not disturb sign out & the maid left clean towels & paper products at the door.

7. Check in was efficient, we arrived early and our room was not ready but we were able to store our bags and received a text from the hotel when our room was ready.

8. Arrived at the security gate at 4:00am on December 19th and the lady at the security booth was professional and pointed us to the check-in/reception building.
