4. since we are packed and ready to check out the nice gentleman at the front desk tells me there was no reason she could not have given it to me(?) So here I am packed and ready to leave at 10am although my flight was 2:30, so we went and had lunch and then sat in the airport.

I will give this timeshare resort a 4 out of 5 because the rooms were very high-end clean upgraded rooms, very nice pools & their guest service team is awesome (this is not the front desk ppl that you see when u check in, these ppl are the ones that you deal with the entire stay who answer your calls & they were on point and better than most other resorts.
