5. This hotel is very centrally located (close to Universal Studios, Disneyworld, Outlets, Grocery/Drug stores, LOTS of restaurants) and conveniently has a shuttle (small fee) to Disneyworld, PLUS you can buy your tickets for Universal and Disneyworld right at the concierge desk.

6. They provide a free shuttle to Disney World parks (which we did not use) but were disappointed that they charge for the shuttle to the Universal studio parks (where we went) even though it said free shuttle on our itinerary (confirm with your trip provider before booking).

7. Regarding check-in, they do offer you a 'free welcome package' and 'free shuttle;' we did not accept this and were not bothered one single time about buying a time share, so if you don't want to be pestered, don't take the freebies they offer.
