' They then made a deal of it to grab a the daytime manager a nice fellow who then listened to the multiple complaints about the hotel and then asked why we weren't offered an alternative room sooner than day 4 the night before we were leaving which would make it pointless to move rooms simply to repack it twelve hours later.
