4. The walls were very thin so you could hear noises from across the hall and some plumbing or pipes must have run right through the wall in our room because it was very loud.

8. noise is a huge problem as you can hear every single noise and people are mostly staying for a bargain, so you get a lot of late night partiers (I was EXHAUSTED and grouchy all day at a conference for work).

9. Only two hangers in the closet - I packed for a 5 day conference - what am I supposed to do with 2 hangers? There was an intermittent buzzing noise in my room that made me check out and move to their sister hotel, the Queen and Crescent - but not before they charged me, then charged me again (instead of refunding me).
"Brutal " Read full review on TripAdvisor   10/13/2011 Vote
10. maybe they try that first and see if the guests are too drunk to notice? I understand that the hotel is old, and there will be noise, b/c it is, after all, New Orleans, but this hotel is unsanitary, and in my opinion, unacceptable, even by New Orleans standards.
"Bad Experience " Read full review on TripAdvisor   8/3/2011 Vote
