1. If I was spending a week in New Orleans though, I think I would call a warm room with no phone or wireless service unacceptable and would be pretty ticked off about my new car sitting out in the hotel waiting area without having called for it.

9. forced to use valet parking at $30 a night because there is no parking in area, valet parking ran into something with our vehicle and left scratches on the front passenger side fender of our vehicle which probably is why they make you sign a form saying they are in no way responsible for any damage to your vehicle!our bed was suppose to be king bed and was a small spring mattress on rollers, had to go to business center/room to get internet service wifi signal was too weak in our room.
