1. I did call the general manager on the following Monday and he assured me he would take care of the parking charge and would call me back in 20 minutes, which he didn't.

4. I guess the price was good when considering the location and the date, but the total price (including a previously unreported charge of $7 for internet access and free local phone calls, which we did not need) was about $150 (with tax).

6. Oh and they also conveniently charge you a 7 dollar a day resort fee which supposedly is to cover for internet usage and phone etc ,I have a cell phone and the internet never worked correctly.

We recently stayed at this hotel for three nights as part of a trip from the UK, all Hotels and travel arrangements had been paid 'up front' through our Tour Operator before leaving the UKOn checking in we were asked to sign to accept the 'Mandatory Ameneties Fee' of $9.95 per day, on asking what the mandatory ameneties were we were told that it was for access (not useage) for the internet & International telephone calls, I told her I had no intention of using either but was told that it was a charge introduced by the 'new management' for all guests & if I didn't agree to pay it we could not check in & have the 'honour' of staying at their Hotel.
