1. Thank goodness they forgot the other amenities available, like the car parking, the bar, the lift etc., etc., otherwise it would have cost a fortune if we were charged a fee for everything we never used in the hotelBreakfast - On the two occasions we tried to take the breakfast (cerial fruit & coffe) we were informed that they had run out of plates!& there were none available .

3. We, of course, disputed that, but she said there was nothing she could do about it and in fact told us in no uncertain terms they haven't had a free parking special in over a year.

4. I did call the general manager on the following Monday and he assured me he would take care of the parking charge and would call me back in 20 minutes, which he didn't.

5. Internet did not work, Parking is $34.00 per day and it is in a non secured uncovered parking lot, beautiful hardwood floors with white paint plattered all over from painting the rooms.
