1. I went for this hotel based on the positive reviews on here but also the Manager's immediate, helpful response to any negative one's - I figured they must be keen on providing good customer service.

8. If I was spending a week in New Orleans though, I think I would call a warm room with no phone or wireless service unacceptable and would be pretty ticked off about my new car sitting out in the hotel waiting area without having called for it.
