1. From the free snacks, customer service, proximity to sunset strip, great restaurants, heated pool and delivered paper in the morning, it was awesome.

2. There were plenty of restaurants that we could choose from all of our tours picked up along the strip and there was a supermarket around the corner so we could use the kitchen.

5. The apartment complex has little character and the rooms were very dated BUT the location was very quiet, there was a great view of LA from our bedroom window, a view of the Hollywood sign from the driveway and the best Japanese Restaurant right next door.

8. They loved the free drinks and snacks at reception and we loved the 'local' knowledge from the staff on everything from transport to family friendly restaurants etc. Amazing, amazing, this is what I call customer service.
