1. The 'mini bar' was awesome and free - you asked reception for whatever you wanted from a huge range of snacks and soft drinks, and within minutes you had it - completely free of charge.

3. Both the lounge and the room had a tv with the lounge having a dvd player should you want to hire a film for the front desk free of charge.

4. If all this was not enough we were given a full list of DVD's, soft drinks, chocolates, sweets and crisps which could be requested at Reception or delivered to your room, free of charge this was a novelty for the 2 teenagers in our party.

5. 504 is the highest room)----- continental breakfast so -so but free mini bar at the front desk is awesone----they have a list of snacks and sodas that you can just walk up and ask for free of charge---they'll even deliver up to the hills rooms-----my husband was like a kid in a candy store (they had lots of candy to choose from)---I guess i should have started with the fact that it was my 2nd wedding anniversary during our stay at the Magic Castle and had totally forgotten that I had mentioned that on my online booking in Feb.

7. Our 2 bedrm aprtment wasn't available until 3pm due to the carpets being clean but they offered us a room (free of charge) to shower and rest.

9. The hotel provides pretty much everything you could ask for, secure parking, free wi-fi, the room had a LCD TV and dvd player and there's a whole library of dvds you can borrow from reception free of charge should you not feel like going out.
