3. The rooms themselves are small and old but it's one of those experiences you take advantage of because it is an old and historic hotel the accommodations are more than reasonable for the price and location in downtown.

8. The location is perfect- it is across from the opera and other venues of downtown Detroit and the hotel will provide a discount for working out at the Y around the corner.
