1. fresh fruit, yogurt, ceral, coffee juices, milk, and a waffle maker(the waffles were AMAZING) we really didn't interact with the staff much until the night before we checked out and then at check out.

2. the elevator broke the last night we were there and that is the only time i was pissed aobut being on the 10th floor walking up and down those stairs sucked bad, but thankfully they had opened the back elevator then next morning when we went to check out.

3. Despite being put in wrong room and losing reservation, we were rudely called by the front desk clerk informing me that check out was at eleven, I let her know our reservation was for two nights and she proceeded to argue with me.
