1. First of all you get an actual key for check in, get to our rooms carpet all stained up asked for king bed we get a full instead, rooms are wicked tiny, bathroom is nothing but just a closet converted and better wear sandals in the shower its filthy towels were all staind up.

4. My 3rd floor room had air conditioning but when I went to take a shower the cold water didn't turn on - only the hot water worked - i thought my husband was going to go downstairs and choke someone.

10. Despite the elegant reception area, the room we had was a bit shabby and tired, but clean and served our purpose of a place to sleep and shower, and a safe place to stay in a city reputed for being a bit dangerous.
