2. The lobby was lovely, and full of the fascinating history of this almost 100-year-old hotel, but the room we stayed in for 3 nights looked as if it had been 'renovated' and painted by your nephew who you're trying to keep off the streets.

9. Built in 1917 as the Henry Clay (lobby still has original tile and stained glass windows) it remains a classic with lots of character.

10. I wouldn't recomend this hotel to anyone even if its the only hotel that had openings don't let the lobby fool you on this place lobby looks nice hotel is not.
