1. Great value and location in downtown Detroit our room was clean, the staff was helpful and the price was about half as much as the other hotels in the area.

3. there were two old radiators and the room was HOT when we got in, we turned them down and opened the windows that would open(we had like 8 windows in our room and we atempted to open 5 and 2 out of that 5 were the only ones that would open) the cable sucked.

4. They didn't confiscate our beer, like at Greektown, and our room was ready when we got there, unlike my friend's room at the Marriot.

9. They didn't have any rooms with two double beds available (they had a large group of teenagers from a bible group that was staying in those rooms) and I still can't believe that after all these years of booking vacations in many hotels I have never had this problem so he in turn suggests another room with two twin size beds for a good price.
