1. Great value and location in downtown Detroit our room was clean, the staff was helpful and the price was about half as much as the other hotels in the area.

2. fresh fruit, yogurt, ceral, coffee juices, milk, and a waffle maker(the waffles were AMAZING) we really didn't interact with the staff much until the night before we checked out and then at check out.
