1. On the good side, all Kimpton hotels give you free internet if you join the Kimpton frequent traveler program, and the Palomar has free wine and hors d'oeuvres in the lobby from 5 p.

Pros: free wine tasting each evening, great location close to downtown Dallas on I-75, great spa, nice pool and hot tub area (they will serve drinks and food at the pool, but you call from a phone at the pool to have it delivered), rooms very clean and spacious, quiet rooms, great decor, restaurant has organic and vegan options (overall great food).
