9. Housekeeping was a little below excellent, no hand towels one night, no turndown another, even through the housekeepers saw us leave.

10. Sure, they are all friendly, and yes, they do pour some not so spectacular wine every afternoon in the lobby, BUT housekeeping leaves a lot to be desired, the valet service is always friendly but often really bad, problems brought to the attention of management are not taken care of.
