4. The only thing I wasn't thrilled about was the lack of self-parking, so that you have to use the valets to park and to retrive the car every time you enter or exit (or even mistakenly leave something in th car.

My goodness this is Dallas Texas not NYC - Dallas is spread out for over 50 miles and public transportation is not readily available - it appears there is a location adjacent to the hotel for a parking lot - I wish you would provide self parking spaces - the cost $20 per night plus tax seems crazy in Dallas Most of the other nice hotels provide this option in this city.
