1. The location is nowheresville- unless you like being across the highway from SMU, which I guess is the point of this hotel anyway.

10. A simple remedy (which I plan to use if I go back) is to request a fan from the lobby or ask for a room not facing the highway; that would definitely do the trick for me anyway.
