1. The hotel staff was nice, check in was efficient and the lobby was clean, with a bar, restaurant, and ATM machine.

2. Starbucks is right across the Street, in the Sheraton Boston lobby (you can borrow a copy of WSJ there as well, if you feel like it - only USA Today at the Hilton).
