4. The supervisor or manager I spoke to regarding the elevator blatantly lied to me, stating that they never have these problems with the elevator and will check into it I can't believe he can sleep at night.

5. There was a big line to check-in (we waited an hour on a Wednesday evening), and as soon as we got in line a manager handed my husband and I free buffet passes for the wait (also it's so they can keep tabs on how fast their line is moving).

6. The desk manager said they girl was new and without my permission, did an 'unexpected departure' and gave ithe room t to someone else (who actually saw my belongings in the room and called attention to it).

9. I called down to the front desk and talked to Manager Kevin, and he then gave us breakfast on the house, and took off the luv tub room charges.

10. In fact Kevin did as much as he could do,if you consider a breakfast and returned the luv tub upgrade of 80.00's that we didn't use because we didn't have hot water, and he then told us to get ahold of Tony the head manager for the palace.
