9. My frustration during my stay was when we arrived to check in there was a huge line waiting,we spent about an hour in line just to check into our room was pretty annoying.

10. Just be nice to the hotel staff, tell them what you would like from your room 'I heard there are noisy/smelly rooms, would love to be away from the noise and not booked into one of the known stinkers' and they will do their best to place you elsewhere when you check in.
