1. The 2nd time I stayed here, we got a pool level room (no additional charge) and the service was great.

2. We chose the Imperial Palace for the location and also because they do not charge a daily resort fee like alot of other hotels along the Las Vegas Strip.

3. After several attempts by various members of staff it could not be fixed during our stay and we were upgraded to a suite at no extra charge; not bad considering we got the original room for less than $30 a night.

4. Be careful also on website it says $100.00 open charge on card, they actually put 200$ on card for damage, but they wont tell you upfront.

7. Down the road at Treasure Island is a 3 x nightly show from the pavement free of charge , well worth a look and we saw the volcano display also at the Mirage.

9. The concierge were very nice and helpfull with all of our questions on booking shows and one of the tickets we bought were for Cirque du soleil and I explained to him it's be my 6th and I absolutley love them so, he gave us couch floor seats for no extra charge, a super duper nice upgrade.
