1. The room and bath were clean (first things I checked!) and best of all quiet - the other three couples with us agreed even though we were staying in different parts of the hotel.

7. 5) Rooms need to have nasty old wall paper removed textured and painted as well as new carpet and all new fixtures and bath tubs in the rooms.
