4. At day of check out they stored our luggage for quite a while and set-up airport shuttle for pick up for us which, was also very nice seeing as places I have stayed before would tell you to book it yourslef.

6. $10 off each for the sea food buffet at the 'RIO' is a must and there's a free shuttle bus that takes you there and back at HARRAS which is just next door the the imperial palace.

9. The parking lot is weird but I flew in so this wasn't a problem (I would highly recommend the airport shuttle if you are arriving alone, it is cheaper than a taxi and stops at most major hotels, though it takes longer).
