1. Since no one told us that the night before we spoke to the manager who was very nice and apoligized for the misunderstanding.

2. After being on hold for 7 minutes, I was finally put in touch with a manager who was very sympathetic [she could hear the construction noises through the phone, it was that loud] & offered to upgrade us to a corner room AND give us $50 F&B credit.

3. We had a complaint and when we pointed out to the manager we had a comped room at the Rio we could go to if they could not resolve the issue, the front desk manager said she would be happy to cancel the balance of our reservation.

6. the Managers Laura and Grant did a great job with some of the crazy guests and the front desk staff is the best we've seen in Vegas.

When I was in the hotel last year I was assured by the pool side manager that when the new pool was built there would be a relaxing area for guests to enjoy, and so I booked to come to the Hard Rock again this Spring, only to find that 3 out of the 4 areas were permanently closed, so that you could shepherd most guests into one quadrant of the large outdoor space and subject them to hard rock music at ear deafening decibels for 10 hours of the day.

10. Manager Todd Tonina and dealer Matthew Kaphan are simply wonderful and should be applauded as jewels in the crown of the hotel.
