2. So, HRH had some good points, which include comfortable beds and a convenient location to the airport, but the overall stay was really diminished by the lack of expected service & customer focus, as well as the style/crowd they cater to here.

8. Just a really pleasant experience and a very decent location - it was a 15 minute walk to the strip or a $7 cab ride, either way, accessible and easy without being in 'casinoland'.

9. Although I did not leave the hotel too often, it's not as conveniently located on the strip like many of the other hotels, however, it was easy to get a cab to and from the Hard Rock.
