1. But the windows are so inferior to blocking out noise you can practically hear conversations taking place outside.

3. Until very recently I lived an a major city, and I visit Manhattan twice a year, so this is not an issue of not understanding the level of noise that automatically goes with sleeping in New York.

6. With the North facing junior skyline the one downside is the early morning noise of traffic and sirens which are quite bad even on the 32nd floor, suspect better windows would fix this.

7. There is scaffolding but it does'nt interfere with the entrance,as for the noise you are in New York it's not a quiet city,if you want quiet go elswere.
