7. Friendly and efficient staff, Iris, his colleague and their manager (forgive us if we do not remember the names) have helped us in all, available to every request and to apologize for an incorrect assignment of the room they offered us a hearty breakfast at barking Dog beside them.

8. I mentioned on my reservation about celebrating our wedding anniversary and it was nice the hotel manager gave us a bottle of complementary bubblie.
