1. The location of the hotel is excellent, right on 34th Street with a convenient bus service from one end to the other, a subway station a block away for up and downtown and plenty of restaurants and stores on the doorstep.

5. The hotel is in the Murray Hill area, a really nice neighbourhood and only three blocks from the Empire State, also close to a Metro stop which goes up and downtown, The rooms by New York standards are huge.

10. We got an up-grade with BA and when we arrived at the hotel we had a wonderful corner room (3406) with views of downtown New York and the river.
