1. There is free wifi in the lobby but it's a bit of a hassle to take your laptop down etc. the other thing is that there was no free breakfast.

5. Room doors did not seem to secure and charging for internet connection seems to be a thing of the past in many hotels, why not extend the free wifi in the lobby to the upper floors.
