1. Very comfortable room, super quiet (we were on the 8ther floor with no traffic noise), great room service and the staff was so friendly and helpful.

3. we had the alley right next to us with early morning truck noise, and we had the outside covered terrace right below us which was accomadating a wedding, so we had some noise associated with that.

6. I was staying on AA miles on a first visit and mentioned to reception after seeing the otherwise great room that I was an extremely light sleeper and thought street noise might be a problem.

7. The beds were very comfortable, the linens were of high-quality, and the sound-proofing in the rooms was excellent-- we did not hear city noise or any of the other guests during our entire stay, thus ensuring for a very restful sleep.
