1. Complimentary drinks and asking the kids questions and showing them the cool (lit-up) stairs kept them occupied while we checked in.

The king suite was luxurious, though on the small side by square footage but the use of space, the view, and all the conveniences afforded by location, an always ready to please staff, a complimentary hotel car (though it was busy one time we wanted to be driven and so took a cab), made up for the square footage shortage.
